These terms apply to your use of the OnePOS software and website, provided by OnePOS. By installing or using OnePOS you agree to them.
1.Licence
OnePOS is licensed, not sold. While your subscription is active, you may use OnePOS to run your business.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or remove the licence protection of the software.
2.Subscription
Our team installs OnePOS at your shop. A paid subscription is needed to use it.
Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period. Renewals are added to the end of the current period.
3.Payment
Payments are made by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. A subscription activates once the payment has been verified.
4.Your data and responsibilities
You own your business data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your passwords safe, and for taking regular backups.
You must use OnePOS lawfully, including for VAT and tax records.
5.Availability and support
We work to keep OnePOS reliable and to provide support during business hours, but we cannot guarantee the software will be free of every error.
6.Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, OnePOS is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data, arising from the use of OnePOS. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
7.Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
