Contact and demo requests: your name, shop name, mobile number, district, business type and any message you send.
Account and subscription details: your shop name, address and phone number, and payment references (such as a bKash or Nagad transaction ID) needed to verify your subscription.
Website usage: if analytics are enabled, anonymous information about pages visited and buttons clicked, collected with cookies.
2.Your shop data
Your sales, products, customers and other business records are stored in an encrypted database on your own computer.
When cloud sync is on and a connection is available, this data is synced to our servers so it can be backed up and restored. We do not sell or share your business data.
3.How we use information
To reply to your requests, provide demos and support, activate and renew subscriptions, improve our products and keep our services secure.
We contact you only about OnePOS. You can ask us to stop at any time.
4.Cookies
